Steve Simard

Born in Quebec, raised in Welland and settled in Port Dalhousie, Steve graduated with a Diploma in Computer Programming from Fanshawe College. Having worked for 3M Canada, The Weather Network and Bell Canada as a Design Associate in their Engineering Department, Steve is armed with a wealth of experience in business and customer service. Turning his attention to real estate, Steve looks forward to becoming a part of his clients’ most important milestone: buying or selling a home. He strives to make the experience smooth and seamless for his clients and to bring peace of mind to all those who place their trust in him. He hopes to empower his clients to make the best decisions for themselves and their families and to build life-long relationships based on trust and integrity. When he is not focused on real estate, you will find Steve travelling, snowboarding, playing hockey or squash, playing poker and sipping craft beer at his local brewery.
