There was never a “before real estate” with Spencer Prest. Born in Fonthill of two incredibly savvy entrepreneur parents, Spencer’s childhood influence was anything but average. She spent her younger years learning the ins and outs of investing and interior design, eventually purchasing her first home at the tender age of 18. After successfully buying and flipping a number of properties, she turned her full attention to helping other people succeed in real estate too, finding their perfect investments, or a place to call home.

Spencer prides herself on the long lasting friendships she builds with her clients and with that, her extensive track record of making their real estate dreams a reality.

Craig seeks to serve, improve and contribute to the wellbeing of his team, organization, family and his community while operating with the utmost professionalism and integrity. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Craig came to the Niagara Region at a young age with his family where he attended and graduated from Holy Cross Secondary School and Brock University.  Despite working and spending the majority of his career in Toronto and across Canada, Craig has always resided in St. Catharines which he calls home. Craig's tenured experience will serve him well in his new role as he leverages his extensive sales background to help take the Davids & De Laat Team to new heights. A healthy work and home life balance is something Craig is passionate about; his spare time is spent with his 6 year old daughter Maisie, travelling to new destinations, coaching her soccer team and training their dog, Journey.  Craig is a professional musician and teaches and plays drums in numerous bands.
