Melissa’s formidable and in depth background in real estate listings and contracts combined with the ability to take on a work load that would normally take the strength and ability of three humans sets her apart from the rest. The only thing that rivals her ability to juggle numerous balls, is her ability to make sure all items are in perfect order all at the same time.

A native of the Niagara Region, Melissa attended McMaster University, graduating with a B.A. in English with MA in secondary education. Melissa uses her teaching skills to school the team at Davids & DeLaat in ensuring all transactions and listings are in perfect order. A true renaissance woman - Melissa has numerous passions ranging from botany to nutrition. When she's not keeping the office in check, she can be found spending quality time with her husband Carl, their two beautiful daughters, Julia & Allison.

A teensy bit competitive, Jess redirects her passionate drive and competitive spirit from her award-winning days as a rugby player to plotting ways to effectively market everything to do with Davids & DeLaat.
