There was never a “before real estate” with Spencer Ally Prest. Born in Fonthill of two incredibly savvy entrepreneur parents, Spencer’s childhood influence was anything but average. She spent her younger years learning the ins and outs of investing and interior design, eventually purchasing her first home at the tender age of 18. After successfully buying and flipping a number of properties, she turned her full attention to helping other people succeed in real estate too, finding their perfect investments, or a place to call home.

Spencer prides herself on the long lasting friendships she builds with her clients and with that, her extensive track record of making their real estate dreams a reality.

When she’s not staging homes, showing houses or listing properties you can find Spencer collecting moments, not things all over Niagara with her two adorable daughters and her cat Rocky.
